The Tao of Inner Peace

I keep this book by my bed, have for years. It's a great book to get some understanding of the Tao and utilize the Tao to create some calm in yourself and your life. Ms. Dreher has created a book that includes worksheets to help you move through some of your stuff. I reread this book on occasion, I just jump into it where ever the book falls open. Give it a try! You might find some calm for the new year.
